3 WAYS TO VOTE IN NEW YORK
Absentee
Request an absentee ballot via mail, email, or fax by October 25, or in person by November 3*
* Postmark your absentee ballot by November 4 and track your ballot to ensure it’s delivered. You can also bring your ballot to an early voting or Election Day polling location.
Early
Early voting runs from October 25 - November 2*
* The times and places to vote early depends on the county where you are registered to vote.
Election Day
Registered voters can vote at the polls on Tuesday, November 4*
* New York Voters can vote at the polls between 6 AM - 9 PM. You can cast your ballot if you are in line to vote by 9 PM.

You have the right to vote free from intimidation. You can vote in the voting booth's privacy, and your ballot remains confidential.
